Could Sachin Tendulkar Be Considered an All-Rounder?

Looking at the career statistics of a player like Daniel Vettori brings down his value to the team. Vettori averaged 31 with the ball throughout his career, but was always at or near the top of the ODI bowling chart. If you apply the arbitrary cut price of the last seven years to Vettori’s statistics, his average drops to 27 with a turnover rate of less than four.
